Fun place to work with, Laid back, Great experience

Great workplace to work with. I have learned a lot. This is a company that you would learn from A to Z.
Great location and great work environment. Very laid back environment. Really good company to learn a lot. They provide ProE software to all MEs. I have learned a lot of complex surfacing, sub-assemblies and know how to do drawings. Worked in assembly and doing installation of the prototypes was great. I never had any hands on experience.
Pay is fine. I didn't get bonuses but pay is good.
Sarasota region is not for the young population. I had to leave this company because my wife was transferred to another company. I actually used their name to get into a bigger company and R&R Associates was helpful to use.
Hope they hire more people for their assembly/warehouse place. They are getting there.

An open concept office, lot of fun with coworkers, relaxed working environment, a lot of potential for learning, great freedom to take initiative and prove your self.
The coworkers are great, all good friends.
Hardest thing on the job, the boss yelling when in tight deadlines. Good thing, you can yell back at him if you really know how to do your work.
