After I interviewed with three other firms, I knew Roach & Lin, P.C. was the firm I wanted to join the minute my interview began. Albert Einstein once said, “The only source of knowledge is experience”, Anna Lin, who conducted my interview, epitomizes this and made sure I responded to her questions with well thought-out, out-of-experience answers.
Also, Anna not only explained what her expectations were for me should I be hired, she also provided useful advise on what I could do better in future interviews should I not be; thankfully I did not have to use that advise, I was hired some time thereafter.
In conclusion, Roach & Lin, P.C. was not just a firm I worked for, it was a family that I worked with. From allowing me to take paid leave in order to grieve the passing of my father-in-law, even though I had not accumulated any days yet; to allowing employees to adjust their schedule to accommodate the many curve balls life throws at you; they have done many things to show me that this is the case.

The only con I could think of is that sometimes it was difficult to find a parking spot close to the building.

Very friendly and encouraging environment and setting where staffs always look out for one another and always willing to jump in and lend a helping hand.
Both owners of the firms are down to earth and always share with their knowledge and experience on cases and problem solving. This is a open, honest and friendly work place; it has been a great joy working here for the last several years.

A car to commute to work is a must due to location, and there are no nearby public transportation.
