This place is not even worth one star. Patients are always high either from the meds, smoking weed, other drugs or all 3. This place is a revolving door for patients that are not ready to be clean. They thrive on readmissions. Patients are always sneaking in drugs and over dosing. There is no structure there patients run the place as long as they have good insurance. There success rates are not high at al. They do ketamine therapy here which is another way tokeep patientss high.

Good place to intern for counseling students.
|
Laid back management and a very flexible work schedule. Interns were given free individual and group supervision. Clients are mostly court-appointed meaning it is not their choice to participate in counseling; however, most were cordial. There was little training on how to conduct groups or how to follow the curriculum. The curriculum seemed a little outdated. Overall a learning experience and a great place to work if court-appointed clients are who you would like to help.

Very nice place to work.

I started off working weekends only at a lower pay. After three months I was promoted to PM manager with a raise. Helping out the clients to stay sober also helped me to stay sober.

Free meals and my own company debit card.

Hated to see some of the guys relapse.

Road to Recovery had amazing staff, especially the clinical team and HR staff, but upper management, including the owners demonstrated poor communication skills, and, often times, a complete lack of communication. Upper Management and owners did not appropriately staff the agency, which interfered with client care.
