Long hours required, communication very poor, if you get a bad senior analyst you’re screwed...CEO and DOR are clueless who think a back to office “culture reset” and cheesy monthly zoom coffee meetings will fix everything
Benefits are poor, can’t take pto because team will get mad and we’re too busy, no free parking or cell phone reimbursement
