The firm creates a very comfortable working environment where associate attorneys can focus on improving as attorneys and keeping clients satisfied, rather than meeting billing goals and worrying about usual attrition cycles. The people in firm leadership are very humane, and the attorneys at the firm are generally good people and nice colleagues to have.

The lack of formality in some of the firm's internal structures and processes may be off-putting to some.
