The only “pros” I can think off is that the hourly pay is decent, and it’s a good way of getting work experience in the aviation field.
|
This place is ran like a sweatshop. There is no employee appreciation and they micromanage. Robinson also has a history of mass lay offs. I got laid off along with several other workers. A lot of their job positions don’t require any experience, and you get on the job training. However, the job duties are repetitive and boring. Not a good atmosphere to work under.

2 weeks off a year. Raises twice a year. If you want to stay in aviation this is a good place to start.
|
They take your hours for the 2 week vacation. Micro- managing runs rampant. Management needs serious training. Everyone tries to get everyone else in trouble. Pretty much high school.
