The people are mostly decent here. They have a good mission and office culture.

There's a slightly higher turnover rate and that is somewhat unsettling seeing people come and go like they do.

Some of the people are decent and hard working. When you start to get in the office, that’s where the problems begin

Poor management, always waiting for material to be delivered on the job, full of surprises, no where to move up in the company, Need more help when your out on the road. It would be an awesome company if they could actually get there act together and work as a Team instead of hiring a bunch of people off the street who know nothing about management.

Start to ask the guys out on the floor, install, and service how things are going and how things can be improved. There the ones out there in these filthy places getting dirty and away from there family’s to service / install something that no one is even 100% will work. It’s understood that things are not going to go as planned sometimes. But the fact some of those guys are over worked and under paid is nonsense. And the bonus last year was a joke

If you dont like being held accountable for your actions, and held to a high performace standard, this company would not be the right place. I see those as very good atributes, so really this isn't a "con" but rather something others could perceive as a negative.

The best thing about RoboVent is that it is clearly a very high class successful company and that translates through to the employees. Everyone in the organization has a passion for the brand and it shows. The company runs on performance and output and everyone feels equally as important. RoboVent's management team blends in and works with thier teams, there is no big managers offices or big desks.

Not a lot of bad things about RoboVent. A few minor cons would be that Every once in a while the free lunch is something you don't like, but then again who gets free lunch ( and generally its high end food) And sometimes the Cafeteria fridge is out of RedBull and Gatorade. But then again its free which is good.
