Not a living wage. Almost impossible to get a raise. Try living off of the wages. Even though I had the medical/ dental benefits, I couldn't even afford to go to the doctor. THe insurance company was horrible for people who make under $20hr. The co-pay was higher than I've ever paid and even the medications co-pay was too much. This is why people quit all the time. So many have mostly gotten so fed up that they walk out. When you do your part, they will reward you. As a Store Manager, you have a lot of freedom to run your business as long as it falls in line with Rodda's goals. Flexibility is great too. Upward mobility can stagnate once you reach a certain level. Benefits are a little expensive. Training could be a little more consistent too.
