Great benefits and great people.

Overall great place to work with great colleagues. The campus is beautiful and the people working there seem to be very happy. Management is usually very involved and makes the workplace more enjoyable.

Benefits, awesome food options on campus, free parking, lots of PTO

Good campus, underpaid and understaffed departments throughout
|
The heading says it all, good culture all around but Rollins employees don't get paid enough for a campus that is raking in millions. There is little room for advancement unless someone is laid off (as happened this year with COVID) or quits and instead of being replaced, they give you their job duties without a pay raise.

working with Res Life was nothing short of an amazing experience. you feel truly like a cared for and important asset to the staff, and you have an abundance of support. the job is taxing and difficult and can be, frankly, exhausting at times. but many of my former staff members became my closest friends in college.

I have music directed 5 shows at Rollins College. The entire theatre department is made up of wonderful people who are supportive of each other. The students are great and the quality of shows we put out is wonderful. I love my job there.

Plenty of opportunities if you are full time. Community service opportunities for everybody. Adjuncts don't get a fair compensation for the amount of work done.
