A horrible workplace leaders will mock you no support whatsoever nor paid time off including vacation mandatory overtime call in take a point takes a year to knock off those points no sense of advancement really toxic environment beware the leaders will leave you alone for 10 hours they will disappear sometimes will call in as-well or take vacation no good benefits I believe if you want to keep your sanity donât work here work somewhere else.

Poor leadership
|
Place is clean for a MDR/FDA plant, but would be expected since itâs GTKS which is great. However there is poor communication, financially unfulfilling and severe lack of knowledge. There are very few people who actually know and is capable to properly train personnel on how to do the job.

Management needs to communicate. 20 years plus in Angola and raises have been 1% or nothing in the past, top pay is a carrot you can not reach, not having proper press tooling is crippling!

Great place to work

I miss this place so much. It was by far my favorite place to work at. I met some of the coolest people here. The work is easy to learn, it can get boring, but itâs not extremely hard. You rotate and are on different lines. You have an option to stay on one line if the operator likes your work. Vacation time is good, and options for overtime.

Pay was below the going market rates and raises were often 1%. Advancement was not fairly offered and quite often were political. The only way to make a really decent check was through working high amounts of overtime.
