My co-workers are very kind, unlike the managers

The leadership of Rubicon is less than desirable. The managers here extremely rude and have terrible attitudes. They are often verbally abusive and condescending toward employees, and they sometimes even engage in workplace drama and make things worse. I prefer not interacting with the management.

Flexible remote work. Co-workers on the same levels are very helpful to each other.

Where to begin- upper management is very secretive, manipulative and backstabbing. You cannot trust anyone above you. If you are a part of management and you try to treat people well, you are reprimanded for it.
There is no training. If you are lucky to get a bit of training, you’ll be passed around to many different people that will all train you their way. Theirs no fluid way to train people.
You will receive emails and calls in the middle of the night, weekends, after hours from management regarding clients.
Many are very condescending, and will never allow someone to move departments or be promoted. No raises, no praise and CEO only gives general, cookie cutter answers when asked questions.
Losing business left and right because they do not pay their bills for months and months and outsource so many positions, even starting to send management to Phillipines. US companies are not okay with that!
Stock price is at .40 right now- shameful.
Layoffs each quarter since the last q of 2022. Everyone is on eggshells every Thursday scared to get “the call”. The people who are laid off are never replaced so everyone else gets more and more work heaped on them. Hourly employees are reprimanded if they work overtime, but have so much work to do they must work off the clock- although that is against company policy.
I have doubled both my depression and anxiety meds and are on many sleep medications since joining this company and am doing everything I can to jump ship! It’s too toxic for anyone to have to live through!
Please stay away. This is a sinking ship that will likely be purchased soon by Enrich and who knows what will happen then!

Be kind. Treat people with compassion. Dont expect your team to do something you aren’t willing to do yourself. Stop firing and rehiring the same KAMs and Directors that were dismissed for being terrible! Hire people who have actual leadership skills/training! Many of us have those skills, degrees and competencies while our leaders do not!

It used to be a decent place to work, but things have changes for the worst in the past few years.

It was a terrible place to work, and layoffs were quite common, The insane and arrogant management fired employees without explanation, and all of us lived with the fear and stress of losing our jobs. The management avoided employee concerns and didn't care when employee quit.

The CEO is very transparent. Lots to improve on constantly. Benefits are ok.

Very siloed; some teams just refuse to cooperate with other departments. Communication is not great. Not a lot of room for growth. Job security pretty low and leadership is very much a boys club. Pay is definitely below average across the board.
