Waiting for Growth Can be Stressful and Frustrating

Waiting for growth can be stressful. Many people who wanted to AVOID THIS TERRIBLE STRESS switched jobs. They were doing very well elsewhere.
Also, there was no consistency in the workflow. It was higher than usual in most cases, so everyone was EXHAUSTED. BEWARE of ruining your work-life balance when the MANAGEMENT PUSHES YOU BEYOND YOUR LIMITS.

There is politics to play

The organization has every imaginable flaw that results from too much bureaucracy alongside the deepest of old boys club mentalities. There are politics to play, and if you don't play along, it can hinder your growth within the company. In the past year, working at Rubicon has affected my health - physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Pros:
Your coworkers, well the majority of the ones I worked with, pretty much make it worth working there.

When it comes to money, there's always an issue there. Your problem won't only be your job, but also the clients who won't let you do your job properly without any problems. Even if you put so much patience, something would still arise at times.

I had n choice but stretch out my patience, and be assertive at the same time but also would know how to be aggressive when needed.

On paper, this company sounds ideal but there are many internal issues. Major lack of communication / support from Leadership to lower/middle level employees, no sense of cohesion, minimal/ineffective training; focused on "growth" without examining the major issues with current business.
