jesus managment is rough. Micromanaging to the maximum. Also, if you like quota's being raised 20% per quarter, you've arrived at the perfect place. Plus, getting promoted here is a dogfight and you have to play a political game to get a whiff of a shot at it.

A good work life balance. It’s the people at Rubrik who stick to the ethics, values and policies at Rubrik. It makes the work environment more friendly and from the management level, people are considerate, understanding and humble by nature. I really liked the management style at Rubrik which is only possible from its top leadership levels.
I also liked the outings and the collaboration in person with your CEO atleast once every 6 months. You can develop in the current role over time but it also allows you to get into other roles based on your interests, people and process helps you in this journey.

I don’t think of any as I am a happy employee back in Rubrik. The only reason for me to switch is location preference.
