Salaries are not on time rather they dont pay at all...... average tenure is less than 3 months despite of whatever level you are at....... hire and fire culture....... seems MD have put few fake reviews to improve the rating, dont fall in trap.......you will certainly regret.

Brand is satisfactory but Staff was worse

1) Never give salary on time its always late 2 or 3 months.
2) M.D & CMD both are very very bed decision makers.
3) Always monitor employees through cctv
4) H.R personals & Account section employees behavior were so rude.
5) If you do not complete your sales target you will not get your salary.
5) They cut money from your salary if you use excess data while using data card for internet.
6) If you did any mistake they will cut money from your salary.
7) Office working environment is worse.
8) its better join some other co.
9) MD & C.M.D is main worst.
10) Don't join this co. at any cost

No vision
MD doesn't respect employees at all
They dont pay money whom they ask to leave and who resign.
Salaries are not on time and always depends on your sales numbers. People get salary only if they achieve their 'unrealistic' targets.
Expectations are not at all realistic.
Average tenure of all the employees are 2-3 months despite of any designation; Executive to General Manager, most of the people leaves/ ask to leave within two months
MD doesn't want to understand criticality of the business and importance of manpower. He feels that there is so much of unemployment in India and he is doing favour by giving employment.
MD always try to manipulate candidates in interview if somebody ask about the company image, saying that it is temporary or rumours being spread by few unhappy employees/competitors whereas fact is it is running since years and years, no improvement.
MD dont trust anybody.
Any other department including HR hardly exists in the system.... MD's verdict is the final verdict.
Lot of cases are going against company filed by employees whose salaries were not paid; these are very few who took courage to take action.... hundreds of them kept quite and took it as thier destiny.

Terrible work culture - spineless HR dept. Uneducated Bosses- Greedy to the core.
I never got paid for 10 months - the management never paid our bonus for 2 years.
They will always find ways not to give you your dues.
