High amount of non-billable costs (sales, project management) harms competitiveness.
The pressure is usually on the billable team to overperform instead of fixing the issue, which hurts motivation and decreases retention for the ones that matter.
The company needs to overhaul its culture, become leaner and nurture its main asset: billable information security experts.

- it's a good entry point for cybersecurity but as soon as you be prepared run away. It used to be a good company but after Sonae bought s21sec, it became a very place to work in. Retention policy is against workers rights.
