Some of the managers were very professional and supported workers who wanted a good work-life balance. Low salaries, high expectations, and micromanagement happened in some of the departments. As the belt-tightening continued, some people just gave up working so hard. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 1.0 4.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 29168 Open Rewarding mediocrity gets a company nowhere. private:safeharborknowledgesolutions https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=29168 Sep 30th, 2012 12:00AM Open Open SafeHarbor Technology Senior Technical Support Analyst Elma, WA Company went from growth to stagnant to downhill quickly. I started with the company during its start-up days. Things were very progressive, and the atmosphere was conducive to growth - for the company and personally. They attempted to grow to fast and lost their progressiveness and the atmosphere. Cronyism was always a problem, but suddenly became the driving force. I left the company voluntarily when they started doing their high-stress layoffs. (Sitting in your cubicle waiting to see if the manager was coming for you because they'd announced they would be coming through to select those to be laid off.) -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 2.0 3.0 3.0 2.0 2.0 1.0 29168 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 2.0 Apr 15th, 2021 04:19PM Apr 15th, 2021 04:19PM Safeharbor Knowledge Solutions
