The hours are somewhat flexible. Benefits are good. The CFO is very nice also. Everything else, the CEO, Ken Sawyer is a very challenging personality. I was his assistant and he was so rude, I was never trained and did not feel comfortable enough to ask questions. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 0.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 463248 Open Hire someone and train them properly 0.0 [{"countHelpful": 0, "languageId": "eng", "userJobTitle": "Partner", "__typename": "EmployerResponse", "originalLanguageId": null, "id": 1210773, "responseDateTime": "2017-04-04T10:37:35.607", "translationMethod": null, "response": "Thanks for your feedback. private:saintscapital https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=463248 Sep 26th, 2014 12:00AM Open Open Saints Capital San Francisco, NM Opportunity to work with some very brilliant minds! The entire team at Saints Capital is very diligent. You will do well if you come with a similar work ethic. It was a joy working with David, Ghia and Bob. They were my direct superiors and I could not have asked for better mentors. As with any investment firm, things are deadline driven so things may get hectic at times. Nonetheless, with proper time management, this pitfall can be overcome. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 4.0 4.0 4.0 463248 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 2.0 Apr 15th, 2021 06:52PM Apr 15th, 2021 06:52PM Saints Capital Oil & Gas Banks

Today, a prospective employee would most likely gain experience in recapitalization's and tracking portfolio company performance, which gets old very quickly. Company used to have great VP's and Directors, but all of those individuals have left the firm. Terrible people to work for in general. Will be underpaid, undermined, and overall disrespected by the partners.
