Try to come up with some sort of team review process, esp for Support team members after recent changes in leadership. Also, let's keep working on cross-team communications, teams (and offices) feel a bit siloed, and visits to satellite offices don't give colleagues time to connect. Finally, it would be nice to see a bit more diversity in leadership positions.
