2. If you are interested in gaming field / game programming & if you want to work hard without salary on time & you don't have self respect then its good company for you.

1. Salary is biggest issue in company , if you left the company then also you will not get your pending salaries.
2. Management's main income is your pending salaries & your self respect.
3. No holidays on 1st May , 15 August , 26 January also.
4. You are always under observation of CC Cameras , like you are working in Cage/Jail environment.
5. No new technologies have been used & rather don't want to use.

if you are interested in gaming(Poker and similar gambling games) and this is the last job on the planet or you have to have some kind of job where salary and life doesn't matter then you can think of this company.

Salaries are a major issue. People working there get the salary late few times don't get also.
Company is treated as a private property rather than an organization.
You should keep your self respect in the deep freezer at home.
Work on weekends and expect a call in the middle of the night.
No holidays on 26th Jan, 15 Aug, 1st May.. and many more. Also only 2nd and 4th sat off.
