You can make decent money
If you like jazz, you’ll hear some dope tunes on occasion.

Unorganized.
Lots of promises never backed up.
Jazz brings in an especially difficult kind of crowd sometimes.
You’re on your own pretty much as soon as your
shift starts. Hope a customer won’t complain.. oh but wait it’s sambuca of course they will.
Management is all over the place yet nowhere when you need them.
