Mostly easy days, fairly relaxed depending on management. Got worse as it went on. Not the worst place I've ever worked. Mostly frustrating.
|
Management poor from the top down. Worked for one good manager who was a nice guy, the rest of them not so much.
Very poorly run department, do everything backwards, was often like banging your head against a wall. Lack of knowledge among engineers, management and planning team did not help one bit, people get away with all sorts.

- continue with current changes in speaking to staff ( brilliant positive) and including them in the direction of the organisation.
- continued support to recent E&D Manager- who is doing an excellent job in making changes to the stark lack of diversity in more senior roles and recognising where, when and how inequality occurs. This is important and needs to be instilled in middle management.
