- Nice people

- Old-school company trying to move into digital
- More focused on acquisitions & business than building a good product
- Too many stakeholders/managers (as mentioned in other reviews)
- Too much politics (idem)
- Time wasted in unnecessary meetings, not much time left to do the actual work
- Some teams need more people but are not hiring as they should
- Lack of transparency in the hiring of executives (C-suite)

Interesting consumer products, visits from artists. Some business units have a really good culture. There are regular internal events where people share what they do in their work.

The culture is changing really slowly in some parts of the company. There are a lot of cost savings which often means that there are not enough people to get the job done. Different business units have very different cultures and they develop at a different pace.
