Decent peers and projects are medium to large scale, so you will learn something.

The environment is deadly toxic, with no respect for your personal life and no respect for our personal opinions. Technology team was a total mess, especially from the managerial side.
the CTO was causing a lot of this mess by incorporating the worst rules and decisions I've ever seen in a company, which all were set to favor people who like and praise her over those who work without praising her all the time.
Department heads are forced to blindly follow the CTO's commands or she will fight back with all possible ways (sometimes non-ethical ways were used) until the person is forced to leave (when another close-pal will take over the open position).
Back in 2017 she finished the plan to promote and protect all her old pals around to strengthen her role as CTO, then later it was no brainer for her to be promoted to lead the company.
The department acts like a bunch of individual freelancers working together with vague or no goal at all, no planning, no agreement on requirements, everyone is working as if he is working on the CTO's private property.
The company's main revenue stream is ads plus some occasional deals , which is so volatile and this sometimes will lead to unpleasant surprises.

Got worse in last few months

- Sociable environment Helpful colleagues Good Learning ( your learning curve will increase)
- Huge and great Content team.

- There is a hard turn over in the company.
- There is no career path.
- Salary not based on your performance.
- Personal relationship make the technology environment very bad.
- There is almost no clients, most of them terminated contracts with company.
- There is almost No CEO at the company. He is traveling the whole month out side the country except few days in the month.
- The project manager is not qualified for this role.
- The work process disappeared in the last year.
- A lot of gossips between the teams and directors.
