A strong team, a challenging time

Incredible team working on a really complex set of challenges. Great management that needed to be in place much sooner. All ideas were welcomed, and I felt like I had the space to make suggestions and implement change.

The company spent too much time without strong leadership (I'm talking about years ago, as I was at Sauce for a long while), and even with the right leaders in place, there's still a ton to do and it takes time. Things are always tough when recovering from so many external and internal challenges.

Some great people to work with on the lower level

no culture left. In the current leadership, theres no transparency and no accountability. through many layoffs some people with long tenures have been let go. Leadership seems to use these opportunities to get rid of anyone that even slightly goes against the grain and then give themselves promotions. People are also now being way underpaid.

Several rounds of layoffs affected A LOT of people over the past year and a half, yet the other day the CEO made a call out on linkedin expressing his sympthony for everyone affected by the unity layoffs and encouraging them to apply to sauce labs as they "need them"
where was this show of regret for all the people affected by the sauce labs layoffs? A bad look to lay off so many people and then say on LinkedIn you need people affected by other layoffs...
