Sadly there is no structure, daft leadership/management, and diminished sense of being. Safety and well-being are not priorities, but sadly appearances are at the expense of the students, faculty, and staff. I would not recommend anyone work at this place, especially if you value your integrity. I've learn how to manage time, work as a team, and learn how to work alone and get the job done. The hardest part of the job is hearing kids cry because they have ran out of financial aid. The most enjoyable part about the job is that this school offer the gap program.
