Pay & benefits My pay and benefits at Savannah Technical College were none. No Benefits and pay was barely enough to live on. Management In general, managers at Savannah Technical College were retaliatory and threatening. Even the Human Resource Department ignored the harmful environment (one employee threw a toaster at another and nothing was done). You are micromanaged and expected to do 3 full time jobs but are only compensated for one. We all fear losing our jobs because the supervisor often threatens us with it. HR is a crock. They allow your personnel file to be padded with bogus claims from your supervisor without your knowledge. The only great thing about Tech is students, and even they are leaving. As a teacher, I am here for the students.
