Culture - such that it was - was cliquish. Survival of the fittest.
The hardest part of the job, was getting you do the screams of you soul as you endure the sentence.

Toxic Work Environment

This company makes it hard for its employees to look forward coming in at all. The lack of benefits, work/life balance, type of work diversity, and most of all, the lack of respect coming from higher ups is apparent. You're constantly looked down upon and treated like pawns. Which shouldn't be the case because the company believes in innovation, and when that's the case the employees need to feel inspired. And I can say personally that being in this place did the opposite for me.

Too much interoffice bad mouthing of each other.
You are only as good as your last mistake.

ARE study groups and reimbursement for passing exams. Access to good benefits.

Upper Management will give you the guidance you need, but it is up to you to be proactive.
Completion of task and projects are taken very seriously.
SBLM is very flexible and understanding when it comes to any personal matters.
A typical day can be work driven as many are focused on deadlines so there is not much time for social gatherings. However, this does not mean people are anti-social. There are many good people here.
