Una motivazione di volere fare, dare. Tutto ciò è cambiato inizio 2022. Da li tutto in discesa. Se prima si era una persona che contava, si è passato a essere un numero che deve stare al suo posto. Assumendo chief of inutili che non fanno altro che vendere idee dei suoi dipendenti per sue al ceo, assumendo manager che in meeting mangiano patatine e coca cola e poi però non sanno nemmeno bene cosa facciamo. Che dice che Scalapay è nato grazie alla Scala……… Non si viene motivati. Usati e poi mandati via. Mandati via perché anche HR pur sapendo com’è la situazione , preferiscono aspettare l’è dimissioni per poi uscirsene con: che peccato, cosa dovremmo migliorare? Inesistenti come appoggio.
