A miniscule amount of PTO, obliteration of remote work, absolutely no training or instruction, no onboarding process, pay-for-parking (should be illegal imo), non-transparent practices, micromanaging (you have to say when you're going to the bathroom), you're just another cog.

This was by far one of the oddest jobs I have ever taken. Their was absolutely no onboarding process. There was no instruction on what things are or how to do things. Everyone who worked there was brand new. Leads would tell us stuff that made absolutely no sense but we had to comply. It's not clear what we're doing or why we're doing it. There was no assistance from anyone but the new hires you work with who know just as much as you. It's a team, taking shots in the dark. I left the company early because the environment was overwhelmingly fishy. They geared up by hiring whole new team, moved people to a new city only to terminate the whole city's operations all within the span of 6 months or so. I'd love scale to publicly address the odd behavior and relationships they have with HireArt and RemoTasks because they are definitely hiding something.

They have had very strong growth for an AI company and seem to be one of the best AI quick task companies out there in terms of providing infrastructure and resources to the platforms they contract with. The pay is exactly what they say it is. While there are stories of people going unpaid, that rarely occurs and they work hard to make it right.

It is a great company to work for until it's not. Seriously. The world is moving too fast for them or they are moving too fast for the world. Whatever it is, they cannot maintain enough focus nor consistency. One day, you think you will have tasks until you drop and the next day, you have zilch. One day, you're working on project A and the next day, that project no longer exists and if you're unlucky, you won't exist either. They work with companies such as Remotasks and provide support, guidance and resources. Just think of elephant graveyard, where former taskers go home to die.
