The sexiest clients. Awesome Projects. I took my time there for granted but they were good peeps. No training or guidance, it's sink or swim, so you better hope you float. Expectations were always growing and compensation didn't follow until ages later, if at all, with a 10% max annual raise. I once had to unexpectedly cover a client/team dinner that was about equal my monthly take-home income. I was eventually reimbursed. 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 5.0 4.0 4.0 5.0 4.0 4.0 109304 Open When/if job responsibilities change, the compensation must also change, and it's unacceptable to have project lead's making less than 10% of what you make from their billable hours. 0.0 [] No No 4.0 Apr 16th, 2021 09:22PM Apr 16th, 2021 09:22PM Schematic

It became a revolving door of management folks in and out the door, with no obvious opportunities for advancement for those not in upper management. -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 3.0 2.0 3.0 2.0 2.0 2.0 109304 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 2.0 Apr 16th, 2021 09:22PM Apr 16th, 2021 09:22PM Schematic

private:schematic https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=109304 Sep 12th, 2011 12:00AM Open Open Schematic from horrible to worse amazing people and talent. Most will end up being friends outside the work place hmm, horrible clients, bad management, and the new flux of higher ups who all they do is talk.I have no idea what the ECD at the NYC does, altho he puts up a very good front with clients, but then it makes it even harder and more confusing for the rest of the team working on the project. No transparency in this company at all. no direction as of now. 2 offices barely surviving. horrible and depressing morale, and management doesn't seem to care. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 0.0 2.0 5.0 0.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 109304 Open More transparency please. We know times are hard and we will hold on and ride out the lows, but if you treat employees like disposable machines, lie when asked for truth. that's not cool. Makes people lose whatever little faith they have left. You know you're doing something wrong with more than 75% of your employees are job searching. 0.0 [] No No 0.0 Apr 16th, 2021 09:22PM Apr 16th, 2021 09:22PM Schematic
