Very forward thinking, disruptive, and impactful company. It's a startup environment so working here means you and your small team are the only people responsible for your success. Innovation is very critical here. It's more about action and reaction, allowing employee to approach and solve problems in a new, enlightening way. Working here pushes me to be more versatile, more reliable, and more productive than when I was at other bigger teams/companies.

It's nearly impossible to slack off given the small team and will be easily noticed when the rest of of team are working harder than you. But, it's also impossible not to notice when a job is well done. That keeps me focused and I find that the skills attained and opportunities seized here will power everything that I do later in my life.

I love coming to work knowing what I will do will make a difference. In addition to loving the mission, the people I work with are great, supportive and motivated. Lots of creativity on how to reach company-wide goals with very strong collaboration between teams. And lots of support to reach your own goals as well. The CEO is mission driven and sets the bar high for everyone. It is also a company that truly respects and supports a work-life balance. As long as you get done what you need to there is a lot of flexibility.

If you like moving at a fast pace in a start up environment, this is a great place for you. If not, it may not be. Everyone works hard and there is a definitely a standard of excellence so the environment is not good for someone who just wants to coast or punch the clock. Everyone is expected to pull their weight. People who don't won't last.

The leaders are accessible and appreciative of the accomplishments of the team and the individuals. The CEO provides direction and vison, while instilling an entrepreneurial atmosphere. I've been with the business for +1 year and have never looked back. I'm thankful to be a member of this team.

The distance between the home office and the fulfillment facility (2500 miles/3 hours) can create obstacles within the communication conduit. Mitigating this obstacle is a focal point of the team and it continues to improve.

When you do a good job, and produce without making mistakes, the management is very supportive and hands off. Company is working towards a mission of supporting schools and education world wide with some very cool partnerships (Malala Funs, VH1 Save The Music), Great flexibility for life / work balance

Things move very fast here, if you cant keep up with changing goals (IE startup environment) it will not be a good fit for you.
