Terrible and toxic work environment… Run!
|
A typical work day started with providers and MA’s yelling profanities at each other. Providers would put on a fake smile for patients and make negative remarks about patients as soon as they left the room. Management is happy as long as they are getting their free Botox and cosmetic treatments and chummy with providers that performed the procedures. Things are not as they appear… if you want to be miserable on a daily basis and get stabbed in the back with the hope of making the big money promised then this is the place for you. Just think about why they had to list the salary so high.

This is my first office job ever. everyone is always very helpful. It is very easy to have good work life balance if you give enough of a heads up. Benefits are really good and you get your birthday off paid.

Would not recommend working here. Calls come in non-stop from 3 different states and you are expected to know all info about every provider in each state. Also you will be aggressively micro managed

This place is extremely micromanaged and no one is on the same page. You have an office manager and regional manager. While the office managers tend to do great, the regional managers try to swoop in and undermine everything the office managers do

Great Clinicians - Ok Management

Working at Schweiger was a great experience having the opportunity to work under some unbelievable clinical staff, unfortunate difficulties with practice management. Very knowledgeable clinicians, however balance of schedules and underpayment hurts the overall experience.

The providers at Schweiger are amazing to work with, you’ll really learn a lot while working along side some of them. However -MAJORITY of the medical assistants are not as friendly as they pretend to be. It felt like working with High School mean girls.. I felt over worked and under paid. Working majority 12+ hours a day. There are entirely too many responsibilities placed on the clinical staff, opposed to the front desk staff. Management will listen to your concerns, but will only act upon them when it is to their advantage. The benefits and PTO are the only two things I had a hard time leaving.
