Came for the MGMT Staying for the teamwork

MGMT in my department is better than I've had in going on a decade. I floated through several other jobs before coming here. I tried jobs that were good cultural fits, had good benefits, or that I thought the work would be fun and none worked out.
I chose this job over others for mgmt and couldn't be happier that I did. Mgmt here treats me like an honest to god person and a resource.
It genuinely feels to me like they've my best career path in mind AND that I get a say in what that path is.

Growing pains. The company has a solid product and is growing fast. That means a LOT of change, most of it good. But it does mean there's some resistance to changing how things are done.
