Working at ScienceLogic was not my idea of a great place to work. They are very focused on their product but struggle to get new employees the resources they need to be sucessful. There is a huge divide between employees that understand the EM7 software and ones that are trying to learn it.

Lots of hidden nuances of the software product em7. Asked to demonstrate to customers features that are undocumented. Veteran employees sometimes know these nuances but only report to managers that you don't understand the product.
