Great work life balance. I really like my coworkers and I watched a lot of free movies. Good place to learn the ropes as someone new to the industry.

A lot of entry level salaries are kind of low and the quality of the movies can be a turn off to some people.

In general, company environment is relaxing and chill.
Co-workers are fun and awesome people.
Small staff so there are opportunities to take on more responsibility, but you never get proper credit for your work and you have to be careful not to be overloaded/taken advantage of.

Little upward mobility, most people stay until they find a better and more fitted job elsewhere.
No collective company mentality. Employees just clock in and out.
Struggling to stay relevant.

Fun place to work, film business very exciting. Small staff, so everyone gets to wear many hats and great opportunity to learn a lot,. Benefits are not great. medical is good, but not much else
Everyone gets along for the most part.

maybe try "positive reinforcement" for once? it will probably make your employees want to stay around a little longer. may employees said that they did not feel appreciated at work, even though they were doing everything for higher up.
