Oh wow the list could go on and on. Pretty certain this company was committing fraud when I worked there. Lying to clients about what they were getting vs what they paid for. Lying to cover mistakes. Deception and miscommunication at every turn

If you have no experience it's a great place to learn what you don't want out of a job

This is the most toxic workplace that has ever existed. There's about 50% executives who are doing nothing but pushing people to produce more work, and the other 50% are over burned with insane quotas or accounts to manage. They are aggressively pushed to do more work and often feel unsupported and bullied. The sales team (account managers where I was) all roll up to some of the most explosive personalities. It's all a big mess and lacks process, general kindness toward employees or any sort of organization. I've heard that in the past it was actually even worse here and that there were a bunch of times where paychecks were late. I also heard the company recently got bought out - good luck to the new one for taking on this mess.

Executives were the worst. The company started from a great idea and it was impressive how many top customers they have in the auto industry. The executive were riding this to the grave at the expense of their employees when I was there. With it being an LLC, they were taking HUGE compensation with limited risk, and had 1-2 expensive company cars and golf country club memberships that they didn't even use often with customers (they were living the life and not feeling bad about it!). There is 100% focus on sales and many bad decisions made that you can only repair so much. I hope these recent reviews are authentic, there is new executive management across the board, and things are getting better. I still have horrible experiences being here that I repress. It wasn't catastrophic but things were BAD. I learned a lot about what NOT to do if I'm an executive one day and moved on.
