While it was pretty chaotic when I joined in the beginning of 2019 with new employees and management mostly, I learned a lot and always felt comfortable asking management for help when necessary. Advancement and job security are pipe dreams. There was an surprising exodus of talented staff during my time there. A few times paychecks weren't sent out on time. Environment allowed for lots of off-color jokes by employees at the expense of various demographics, showing it's a backward-thinking work environment masquerading as cutting edge. Compensation leaves a lot to be desired, perks and benefits gradually deteriorated as the time went on.
