Working against the operations, having the equipment available, reefers, chassis and so on.
I use to learn something new everyday, specially besides my area of responsibility.
In a 10 years period it changed from the old school to the new one.
I had very good relationship with all my co-workers.
The hardest part was to take disciplinary actions.
When we had the town hall meetings and got all together.

I spent nine years working for Sea Star, and they were the most amazing 9 years. The enviroment is like one big family, and they always do fun activities such as Customer Service week. I was unfortunately laid off, but if given the opportunity I would work for them again in a heartbeat.
