I didn’t really love the way they money. Charging ticket fees and allowing professional sellers to sell tickets for profits. Not much to do with seatgeek but the ticket industry in general

SeatGeek leadership talks a big game that boils down to typical tech fodder. Lofty goals are left without much direction for the teams actually trying to get the work done. And lack of transparency left employees confused and blindsided after rounds of layoffs. Middle management did an abysmal job of trusting direct reports to do the jobs they were hired for.
