Seattle Sounders FC is a well established organization with a history of success. Coaches and staff are very professional.

The second team was a development team which has not historically had success in their league. Playing younger athletes who are not seasoned pros made it difficult to find results. Great talents within the organization though.

Decent culture with a stocked kitchen. Unlimited PTO in exchange for the nights and weekends worked for matches is a huge plus. Great group of people. Working match days are my favorite. Decent benefits package. Free Food Friday.

No real path for advancement. HR tells you one thing and then tells your boss something different. Low pay for Seattle. Comp plan is nothing to get excited for. Can make you feel disposable.
