Above anything it's a great group of people, with a positive attitude and a lot of skills. The company has a flat organization and you can openly talk about anything to everybody. Speaking up is actually highly appreciated and always taken into consideration. The product is very interesting and always evolving, so it doesn't get boring as new features and services are constantly worked on. You can learn a lot about different aspects of the product itself and the Fintech industry from work itself but also from your colleagues. Można uczestniczyć w bardzo ciekawych projektach, min. przy SecurionPay- bramce płatniczej, czy w Sigii- narzędziu do tworzenia i obsługi Smart Kontraktów. Wynagrodzenia są bardzo dobre, na plusy można też zaliczyć świetne biuro we Wrocławiu, owoce, napoje itp. To prawda, że są bardzo wysokie wymogi odnośnie nowych pracowników, ale firma naprawdę potrafi wynagrodzić za dobrą pracę.
