Hourly employees are treated much differently then salary. After working so wholeheartedly, I ended up losing my job in my company where I have given loads of years. I truly required a reliable source of income. I had a great experience. It's a fantastic company to work for. First off, they are properly staffed to handle the workload. This is so rare these days and if you get that right usually everything else falls into place just fine I will say that the 2 different managers I had were both very good people to work for. They were fair and clear in their expectations. They went to bat for me the rare time I had a problem with someone outside of my department. That was rare because there is just a good group of people to work with across the board. People that care about doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. Nothing more frustrating that having to collaborate with someone who does not have that work ethic. Most people at Lumos do! Full time remote work option!!!
