Communication is top down from the CEO himself, who is very transparent and clearly cares about the company. Communities of belonging is a part of DEI and is an awesome way to get to know other employees and ask for advice on certain topics. Very engaged, super smart, and innovative employees who collaborate cross-functionally. I haven't met anyone not willing to take time out of their day to help someone else.

Salary is way below market rate, but they claim that it is accurate. How about being accurate AND showing appreciation to employees through salary? It's not just about being at market rate. Do you care about your employees?
Some decisions made by leadership (top to bottom) are very questionable and frustrating, like the specific individuals they decided to lay off and other situations that occurred around promotions, etc.
