Seismic - definition of a high growth SaaS company that has a clear product market fit and great solution ... BUT, potentially hired too many people right before the market decline.
Wondering if there are too many reps and not enough accounts per rep to hit lofty sales targets.
Otherwise, good people - good support, and excellent product / value proposition.

Fun environment, siloed work environment at times.

Seismic pushed their culture and made it seem very fun, but once there you deal with many know it all personality types. Too often they wanted you to deliver on projects that were not well thought out or explained. Simply running to fast as a business. Yes they are good at what they sell, but need some help on being a well established firm (internally).
