The children are really sweet and make it a really worthwhile job. The people I worked with were lovely. Treated poorly by all the bosses, given lots of jobs that were not my responsibility. Free gym Good co-workers Nice area Bus routes Nothing more! Average payment. There are no disciplinary procedures for students. Bad management. Bad resources. Bad school environment. Principals have no idea how to run a school and teachers are not valued here. Teachers are lied to when they enter and eventually discover that the school operates in a very unprofessional manner. The staff turnover is very high and many teachers leave after a few months and even weeks sometimes.The teachers have no respect from students and lack of discipline is very bad.Students have no punishment for anything and that leaves the teacher frustrated And burnedout. You have to work a temporary contract for 2-3 years. Do not work here if you value your sanity and wellbeing.
