If you have experience, and excellent customer service, There are opportunities to advance into the On-site manager role. Which is a great benefit! I worked for this Co. For nearly a decade advanced into another position and learned a great deal in this field.

No medical benefits, It seems that upper management (beyond retail locations) keeps staff in the dark about changes. Do not share any info with colleagues outside of work (unless you have established trustworthy) be extremely thorough when tracking any leads! Because the only additional benefit to other employees that conduct sales is the commission/bonus. Some favoritism but not everyone is this way, All in all most of upper management were fair. Some hires are just there for a dollar and resident manager role with no real interest in the actual job. Just sales and living quarters NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Some over zealous assistants can be bad for seasoned RM when it shouldn't be unfriendly competition amongst colleagues. Losing focus of goals and learning experiences.

Be honest with new hires, stop promising On-site positions to under qualified applicants. It causes unnecessary friction throughout your management teams. FOCUS ON SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE And present the on-site opportunity when it is near to becoming available as an incentive to those whom qualify. LISTEN TO THE FEEDBACK FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES AT RETAIL LOCATIONS. Also, look into medical benefits.👍🏽

I enjoyed working here mainly for two reasons: the first was the group of people. It seemed like for the most part folks enjoyed their job, and were helpful towards their colleagues. The other was that they have a very rewarding tuition program that helps you to get ahead in academia.

Assistant Manager, in actuality, is the LOWEST title one can hold.

They at least attempt to cover up the shortcomings with various different distractions; company parties and such.
My current manager is the best manager ever.
I believe, for the most part, that the people at the head of the company have a good heart. It's a small company.
It's challenging and overall pretty lax.

I've not even checked pay at other places, but the pay seems way too low seeing as how you don't get benefits AT ALL!!!! WHATSOEVER! PERIOD! Also, I've been there a year and not had a raise. It seems like they try everything in their power to NOT pay you sometimes. I've shown considerable growth and am still at $10.00/hour. It's almost depressing. I make the least of everyone i know...
Some things that happened were a bit underhanded, but it's not too big a deal.
