Aprendi a ter calma em situações de estresses,aprendi que devemos respeitar o momento de insatisfação de algumas pessoas e contornar situações de desespero solucionando os problemas.E aprendi a me colocar no lugar do meu proximo. sempre me dei muito bem com todos nunca tive nenhum problema com ninguém,se podia ajudar ,ajudava senão não atrapalhava. A parte mais difícil do trabalho era quando chegavam pessoas desesperadas por não saberem se seu carro estava no deposito. A parte mais agradável era quando o sistema não saia do ar o dia inteiro.
