People who really pull to see you through. Who take the time to teach you and make sure you understand. I highly recommend! Plus you get to work from home. Flexible as well. Really awesome company and great people! There is nothing I can think of and I have been trying hard to come up with something, really hard. This is a very good job for a retired person that wants to work 15 minutes a day. I did not find anyone to be particularly rude. They recently gave raises to everyone I guess to make them happy with the 5 cents a week extra they got. I quit my job to come here because all along they stressed 20 hours at least. The job is a joke or they are dreamers. I sometimes was lucky when I got 30 minutes. I do not know if they over hired or they just don't have the work. That's just the beginning. Next, came the training. That is another joke very short, not enough information. Then you are place on a team. They act (because they should win an academy award) that they are very busy and sooo much work. You come in and maybe work 30 minutes and then guess what they expect you to come and do afternoons another 30 minutes maybe, if you are lucky. While all along they are grading you on maybe one call or two that you did. Each auditor has a different opinion along with the supervisors so you end up not getting your feelings hurt, saying whatever and laughing right a long because remember you are super super busy you just don't know it yet. I gave this job 18 months and I think that was ample time. It started well and it went down hill because of the quantity of work for one. They were very consistent as to how little work they had. Some have their little preferences who they will give work to. All in all, this is not a good job at home. They want you to be available all day to pay you 30 minutes. I would RUN!!!!! They pick and choose who they want and who moves up. They are very biased. Another thing is they will randomly say we are working on the system (because the system really is poor) and they will say but because this is scheduled and we are telling you before hand it will not be paid so hey come in later (this is after you submit your schedule). Hire whom you really need. Do not play with people, you are making false promises. At the end of the day, people cannot live on minutes a day. The arts and crafts do not pay bills, work does! Stop dreaming and be real. I realize you may be going through some "bumps" but I get a feeling those bumps were there before I started and I was there 18 months.
