My experience working at Seven Springs Mountain Resort I was excited to start working with the team. However, quickly realized the other employees would rather see you fail than succeed. Spreading nasty rumors to make you look bad in managements eyes was common

I work at seven springs for about 8 years. I work with many people. This place as good and bad part of this job. The benefits aren't really that bad better than most places. The pay could be a little bit better because it is a 4 season resort. This place will work with you so you can have the days off that you want. So you have to take in the bad with the good

Pay was terrible made 10,50 an hour as a welder and lift mechanic .For what I did I was not paid for it.Climbing towers to remove ice.Welding chairs that was broken changing wheels and greasing chairs.
