Management would do well to learn how to communicate with and actually value their employees. Every employee is treated as replaceable and that creates a negative environment for staff to work in. Staff is overworked and expected to feel grateful to get the experience they get. Underpaid by industry standards and the secrecy in the whole company is just ridiculous. It would also be nice if the new owners actually had a corporate structure outlined for all staff to see and understand.

AMAZING! Not many complaints here!
I have been working with SF since Nov 2017. I had just left a terrible employer whom did not care about clientele, or staff by any means. Having a family, the work/life balance is extremely important and SF has absolutely given me just that. They really care about their employees, and make sure that each are taken care of in one way or another. The team is literally a dream team, which is ABSOLUTELY needed in working with this clientele. I feel lucky to be a part of this team where literally everybody gets along and supervisors want to see you grow, and always offer training opportunities both in office and outside of the office. I can not recommend SF enough!
